This brilliant piece written by Alexandra Blanchard was a challenge, The limited budget and resources allowed for very little flexibility with the set. One could go minimalist and one could go full set. I felt that anything in the middle, unless very carefully done would look half hearted. It was a student piece so we wanted to bring something a bit new to the mix of minimalist student pieces and make a set out of what we have. These are the results.
WHAT WOULD HAROLD PINTER THINK? BY ALEXANDRA BLANCHARD Act I Eleanor, a turbulent, aspiring actress and Robert, her steady, uninspiring boyfriend are just returning from a 'networking' party. Their quietly unpredictable flatmate Joe is waiting for them, with news about his majestic and acerbic Great-Aunt.
We also experemiented with different poster styles and different takes of logo.
